Paul
Davis has been a student of crime since he was an aspiring writer growing up in
South Philadelphia. He went on to do security work in the Navy and later as a
Defense Department civilian employee. Today, he is a Philadelphia-based
freelance writer who covers crime for newspapers, magazines, radio and Internet
publications.
